Location: the hotel was adjacent to Tremini train station and all the busses and both Metro lines and the centre. Central district was worth staying in. We were given a nicely decorated and lovely romantic room with a balcony and a safe and GOOD ac.

Transportation was easily available, walking or a bus ride to the Termini Station. Some staff members were very nice especially 'Giovanni'. Cleaning staff needs to be re-trained.
Did not like hAving to pay for wi-fi. Third bed in the room was a joke, might as well sleep on the floor. Bed linen was not changed during our 5 day stay. We had to hoard towels. Rooms need to be updated, they are too dark and old fashioned.

Check in was really nice, receptionist was extremely helpful. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. There was also nice small balcony in our room. Tram stop was very close to the hotel. Train station is about 15mins walking.
Breakfast wasn't good.

The rooms were clean. The room was comfortable. The location was in a peaceful neighborhood.
We had little to choose for for breakfast and it was the same every day. They didn't provide basic information about the transportation in the city.

-close to the train station
-tiny, dusty room in a basement, -uncomfortable bed (we asked about one double bed and we get a room with two single - it was impossible to merge them in a comfortable way) -dusty spiderwebs in the shower -broken shower holder

central spot perfect for strolling to key sites and parks
I enjoyed my stay with friendly staff providing excellent service despite the room being a bit small. With the Colosseum just under 2 km away and lovely parks nearby, it was an ideal base for my city strolls.

The staff at the reception are very nice and helpful, speak several languages. The hotel, although quite old, is well kept and there are reparation works going on at the moment. The location is good, only about 20 min on foot from the Coliseum, two subway stops from the Termini railway station.
The rooms are quite small and noisy (those facing the street), the sound insolation is poor. The breakfast is poor, includes only drip coffee, a croissant, some hard bread and jam. The restaurant staff make you sit at certain tables, not where you feel like. The restaurant is in renovation and looks shabby. The wi-fi has to be paid. There is no way to iron clothes.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good too! We were close to the manzoni metro. Our room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. And a safe and mini fridge added convenience to our stay.

This was just a top selection for an overnight stop in Rome with good price value. The bed was really comfortable, and I slept well . Just be cautious while walking around the neighborhood at night, it can feel unsafe.

The staff was super friendly, and they provided us with a map that helped us navigate the city easily. I loved relaxing by the small garden area while sipping a drink, and the cozy lounge was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was the bathroom size, a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin our experience 😊
